Pat was in Florida for two weeks (February 15th - 28th) working the NBA All Stars Game in Orlando. (SO happy he is back by the way). It was pretty much the definition of all work and no play, but on his final day him and a few coworkers got themselves a bit of time to explore Universal Studios for a couple hours. Now, Pat is a huge Harry Potter fan, so he had been wishing for a chance to get in to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter ever since he agreed to work the event. He of course took a ton of pictures and even bought a few souvenirs.

The rest of the images are from Universal Studios of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, along with the souvenirs Pat brought home for us. All of the pictures were taken from his iPhone and include Hogsmead, Hogwarts Castle, the Hogwarts Express train, and a lot of familiar items from the movie, along with butter beer (which is actually a cream soda). The park was closing early thanks to someone who rented it for themselves, so they only had two hours to run through it (while still paying full price for their tickets) but according to Pat it was definitely worth it. The pictures are not top quality, but they should give you a feel for the area. Enjoy.

I hear they are building the Harry Potter park in California's Universal Studios now as well, so hopefully within the next couple years I can check that one out with Pat. :) I definitely want some of that Pumpkin Juice.
